What you send us through the forms on this site: name, e-mail address, course of interest and your message.
Your e-mail address, if you subscribe to our news.
Whatever you give us when you write to us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
When enrolling in classes: contact details of the student or family, the student's age and the information needed to organise the classes.
Business contact details of organisations and people we work with.
We do not ask for special categories of data through this site.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Answering your enquiries and requests — your consent and pre-contractual steps.
Running classes, shows and student activities — performance of the contract.
Sending you announcements of new shows and important news, only if you subscribe (no regular newsletters) — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to us.
Managing partnerships with organisations, sponsors and suppliers — legitimate interest and, where applicable, the contract.
Meeting tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. Minors
Data of students under 14 are provided by their parents or guardians, who give consent on their behalf (article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD).
5. Photos and videos
We publish photos and videos of classes and shows on this site and on our social networks with the consent of the students or, for minors, of their parents or guardians. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@platformartvalencia.com, and we will remove the images.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to deal with your request or while your relationship with the school lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules). Data for news are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. To operate we use providers who process data on our behalf: web hosting and e-mail (Hostinger), Google services (e-mail, maps, YouTube videos and fonts) and our tax and accounting advisers. If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta processes your messages under its own terms. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
8. International transfers
Some of these providers (Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@platformartvalencia.com with a copy of an identity document. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
10. Security and changes
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data; the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We may update this policy; the version in force is always the one published here.
This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Spanish version prevails.
