Our inner state, emotions, desires, and feelings - we learn to convey through movement. Our femininity is our advantage and strength. The foundation of the classes is based on jazz-modern, contemporary, and contact improvisation techniques.
The lesson begins with warm-up exercises, where we master technical elements and move on to learning small dance sequences. We develop musicality, movement, presentation, liberation, and, of course, the joy of dancing.

TeacherMarina Sukontseva
Marina Sukontseva is a choreographer and educator with qualifications in choreography and theater arts obtained from the Moscow State Institute of Culture and the Saratov State Conservatory. Her professional journey includes work as a choreographer and director in renowned theater ensembles. Marina applies her extensive experience to develop the creative and performance skills of students through various forms of dance art.
