as well as for those who lack acting skills and do not plan on pursuing an acting career,
but would like to discover and develop their natural acting abilities. The ability to control oneself
and one’s emotions, the skill of utilizing one’s energy, and the release from psychological and physical constraints through the methods of acting training according to the Demidov system will help unveil inner resources for personal and professional growth in any field of activity.

The most effective way to remove constraints and enhance energy is by transforming
into another person as an energetic unit. This journey will be undertaken
both theoretically and practically. An important part of this practice is the observation of oneself
as a character from an external perspective. For this, the practical part of the workshops is structured around filming movie scenes - self-tests.
