2. Refund of payments for classes and workshops

Refund of payments is possible in the following cases:

• The class or workshop was canceled by the organizer.
• The class or workshop was rescheduled to a different date that is not convenient for the client.
• The client notified of their cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the class or workshop.

Refund process

The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the cancellation confirmation of the service.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to make the order unless otherwise agreed.
